Refund Policy

SECTION 1- OVERVIEW

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do not allow cancellations or returns on any orders. Please ensure all your information is complete and accurate prior to purchase, as you will not be able to cancel, edit, or amend your order once it has been placed.

Please note that our packages, products, tools, information, educational materials, or any other document, image, or likeness is a representation, guarantee, or promise of any success of receiving a property tax abatement, property tax refund, or any other monetary compensation from any town, city, municipality, or organized government entity, whether incorporated or unincorporated. We will not replace, exchange, refund, or return items for this reason. Allobar, LLC, Allobar Strategies, RETaxRefund, REtaxRefund.com, and any other associated website, organization, principal, and/or agent reserves the right to refuse any returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds at any time.

SECTION 2- ORDER ISSUES

If you experience an issue with your order, or for any customer service inquiries only, please email info@retaxrefund.com. Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm EST. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours of customer/user outreach. Response times may be extended during promotions, holidays, and immediately following new product releases, launches, and restocks. Inquiries shall be attended to in the order received, so please do not send multiple emails or inquiries on the same matter as this may place you at the end of the queue.

If you do not immediately receive an order confirmation for an order you placed, this may be delayed as a result of high order volume, and may be particularly likely during and/or following new product releases, launches, and restocks. Please contact our customer service at info@retaxrefund.com if you have not received your order confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours of your purchase.


SECTION 3- CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE NEEDED AFTER ORDER RECEIPT

Please contact info@retaxrefund.com for customer service support should you receive any technical error, glitch, and/or system failure after the purchase of your product(s). Please note that customer service is not available for assistance in completing any of our products, and is for technical matters only. We will review all issues that are submitted within fourteen (14) days of user submission; pleases note that requests received after this timeline are not eligible for customer service review. Please specify in detail any and all issues encountered with our product upon submitting a user report.
